General and Event Portraits: If you purchase a print, or are provided with a digital image, you are free to use the images to promote yourself on the web, in your online portfolios or to agencies/clients. You are not however entitled to edit or alter the images in any way, or to sell or publish directly or through 3rd party media without written permission.
All Other Images: You may purchase a print through the portfolio, but you are not entitled to edit or alter the images in any way, or to sell or publish directly or through 3rd party media without written permission. This includes displaying the image on the internet.
There is no grey area in this.
Copyright belongs to the photographer unless sold on, and even then it is on a licence to use basis.
Kevin Pack retains the right to sell any images to enable him to recover costs.
