Northern Quarter

I love both street and documentary photography.

On 14th October 2012 I took part in "Manchester Weekender presents All in a Flash" - a one day photography exhibition. 

Under the guidance of documentary photographer Len Grant, we tried to capture the characters of the Manchester Northern Quarter.

The theme I chose was to illustrate people at work within the Northern Quarter. 

After taking photographs for a couple of hours, we each had a single shot printed out and took part in an exhibition flashmob - best described as a guerilla gallery.

I love the diversity found in the Northern Quarter of Manchester and intend to further develop this collection of images.
