You've probably already realised if you are reading this blog that I don't post here very often. But that doesn't mean that I've got my feet up, having a rest.

My latest blog post can actually be read over on the Welshot Imaging Blog, where I talk about a recent street/documentary workshop I attended (and why this was my favourite shot of the day).
During the last year I've become more and more interested in taking observational shots out in the street.
Some people feel uncomfortable taking shots of people when the subject is unaware there picture is being taken. But my belief is that while we can certainly get beautiful posed shots, these pictures are truely honest representations of real life.
Whatever your skill level, I'm sure there is something you will find interesting by taking a Welshot Workshop.
The next workshop I will be attending is "The final picture - post processing with the experts". This should be a great workshop, with training from Gavin Hoey, John Arnold and Eric Renno. Perhaps I'll see you there, or at another future workshop.
